Come level-up your storytelling skills, see local speakers display their skills and compete, and network with speaking industry professionals and colleagues. This is your chance to watch and learn from our talented NSA Michigan storytellers.

This event isn't just a competition; it's the place to be to connect with industry professionals, refine your storytelling craft, and take your career to new heights. Storytelling is a top way to communicate with your clients in a most authentic way. Here's your opportunity to learn from the best!

Competitors
Do you have a story to tell? Join us as a competitor!

• Competitors receive professional quality video footage and photos of their performance on a polished stage to use for branding and marketing. 
• 12 NSA Michigan members will compete for the chance to represent our chapter at the regional and national levels of NSA's Last Story Standing Competition.
• The chapter level entry fee is $250 and includes video footage of your performance. Competitors are responsible for any entry fees and travel costs associated with the regional and national events. 
• Competitors are encouraged to attend our virtual event with Eamonn O'Brien on December 18. (free for NSA MI members)
• Competitors will receive a coupon code for their friends and family to attend the competition at a discounted rate.

• All competitors must be current members of NSA Michigan.
• Competition registration deadline is December 12. 
  

Audience Members

• General admission tickets cost $35 for members, $45 for non-members and include lunch.
• Early bird registration deadline is Friday, January 31, 2026. Prices go up by $10 February 10, and another $10 at noon on Friday, February 6.
